The Ottawa Food Hub is an aggregator and online marketplace of locally grown and prepared food in the National Capital Region. Ordering from the Ottawa Food Hub helps to support our community, and to preserve our precious agricultural land for future use.

Wholesale is an important next step for local food to gain market share in this region. Food Hubs are local food infrastructure that aggregates and promotes product from regional producers to meet demand from wholesale buyers of all sizes who are interested in buying local food.

The Ottawa Food Hub is the first and only food hub in Ontario to have GFSI certified trace-ability standards available for regional buyers! The Ottawa Food Hub thus opens new market channels for local food enterprises and regional wholesale food buyers, channels that are only available with these trace-ability standards—a significant benefit for both farmers and larger buyers looking to increase their local food purchases.

Visit our Product List page to see the amazing diversity of food that is available in our region. We are growing and so is our product list. Worried that we might not have everything you are looking for? Don't fear—if products are not available from our producers at this time of year, similar product from Ontario or Quebec automatically takes its place! Check the website weekly for new items.
